With expert floral design guidance and comprehensive rental facilitation, we take care of all the details, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the joy of planning your special day.
Timing & Logistics
To ensure a smooth event, we specialize in creating and managing detailed timelines for both the overall day and the ceremony. We will collaborate with you to outline key moments, ensuring that every aspect is perfectly timed and executed. We will make sure all parties involved know where to be and when, so you don't have to.
​Our vendor communication processes are designed to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience for your special day. We hand pick vetted and trusted vendors just for you, assist with contract reviews, and facilitate meetings as needed to align everyone’s vision. We will conduct a thorough venue walkthrough and maintain open communication with all vendors leading up to the wedding day. On the big day, we will oversee all vendor activities as the main point of contact, ensuring everything runs smoothly while delivering final payments and tips on your behalf.

​Our 1 hour wedding rehearsal ensure that your special day goes off without a hitch. We guide everyone through the ceremony, outlining what to expect and where to be at every moment. Personalizing the experience for you and your family is our priority, as we walk through the timeline of the wedding day and familiarize everyone with the venue.

Wedding Day
​I will be onsite for 12 hours to expertly set up and tear down your décor, ensuring everything is perfect for your ceremony and reception. I provide an emergency bridal hospitality basket and can arrange additional staff if needed. With me as the dedicated point person for you, your wedding party, family, guests and vendors. I will keep everyone on track and facilitate a smooth and memorable experience from start to finish.
